WATCH NOW
This week, someone kills the quest giver before the quest even begins. Two women rewrite history with a time machine. A war-weary captain meets a monster from an ancient myth. And a young farm boy discovers that the world is much bigger than he imagined.
We also have a special Halloween mini-episode coming to Instagram and Facebook today — and two NOCTURNA photos reserved for the end of this transmission.
WORST PARTY EVER

WE KILLED THE QUEST GIVER — PART ONE
WE KILLED THE QUEST GIVER — PART ONE
[IMAGE N31_01 — WORST PARTY EVER]
Four adventurers. Ridiculously powerful characters. Absolutely terrible decisions. Our new fantasy comedy follows a tabletop role-playing party as if its most ridiculous choices were happening in a serious, cinematic world.
The first problem? Korr attacks the man who was supposed to give them their quest. Before the poor fellow can even finish explaining it. The paladin wants to do the right thing. The rest of the party are not making it easy.
THE BELGARIAD

THE BOY OF PROPHECY
After Pern, Unfilmed Worlds takes its next cinematic journey into the beloved fantasy saga by David Eddings. Garion's life on Faldor's farm begins to unravel when troubling news arrives.
Alongside Pol, Mister Wolf and an unexpected company, he leaves behind everything familiar — and starts discovering how close the oldest stories might be to his own life.
This condensed film is an unofficial fan tribute, not an official adaptation.
And as always, we encourage you to explore the original books.
ODYSSEUS

EPISODE ONE — THE CYCLOPS
After ten years of war, Odysseus wants only one thing: To get home.
But an unexpected detour takes his damaged ship toward an ancient route, a forbidding world and a colossal being that has little reason to welcome visitors.
Our new science-fiction reimagining of The Odyssey, connected to the NOCTILION universe, begins with THE CYCLOPS. Greek mythology, very far from home.
NARI & MADDIE: TIME MACHINE

Three time machines. One timeline backup. Two presenters who should probably read the safety instructions.
Nari wants a controlled experiment. Maddie has ideas of her own.
Dinosaurs, historical disasters and wildly unintended consequences are only the beginning. It's our latest impossible-technology test, performed with extremely serious faces and questionable judgment.
HALLOWEEN EXTRA

Not everything is happening on YouTube this weekend.
We're releasing a special WARP Halloween mini-episode today on Instagram and Facebook.
We'll keep the surprise intact here — just visit our profiles and look for the Halloween release.
WARP ARCHIVE: THE CYCLOPS

ONE EYE. SEVENTEEN METERS. A VERY BAD PLACE TO GET LOST.
THE MONSTER WE REMEMBER
In the ancient story, Odysseus encounters Polyphemus, a giant with one eye and an isolated home.
The danger isn't just his enormous strength.
It's being trapped in a place where courage, cleverness and a sword might not be enough.
The Cyclops has survived centuries of retelling because the situation is so simple — and so terrifying:
A small group of travelers realizes that the way out is controlled by something impossibly larger than themselves.
THE CREATURE WE IMAGINED

For ODYSSEUS, we didn't want an ordinary fantasy giant in a space suit.
Our Polyphemus is a seventeen-meter biomechanical colossus.
His single eye functions like a living lens.
Ancient metallic structures seem to have grown into his rough organic body, blurring the line between creature, architecture and machine.
He's physically overwhelming, but the more unsettling idea is that this world operates on a scale humans were never meant to inhabit.
WHAT WE KNOW: The myth provides the encounter. Our film gives the monster a new science-fiction body.
WHAT WE DON'T KNOW: Will Odysseus's greatest weapon be force — or the ability to think his way out?
COMING NEXT
Worst Party Ever returns with PART TWO on Friday, November 13.
On Unfilmed Worlds, our short Belgariad saga THE GODSWAR is also taking shape.
A special Nocturna Origin episode is coming, along with Noctilion episode 7, and Nari & Maddie are going to test out the most overpowered sci-fi weapons in the galaxy!
We'll share more when it's ready.
WARP AFTER DARK
HALLOWEEN DOUBLE FEATURE
PHOTO ONE — TRICK OR TREAT, NOCTURNA STYLE

Oran has taken the Jack-o'-lantern assignment rather seriously.
Sorya has fully embraced her witch era.
And Lyra's Halloween nurse outfit is doing absolutely nothing to reassure her patients.
Who wins the costume contest: pumpkin, nurse or witch?
Hit reply and tell us.
PHOTO TWO — A FAN REQUEST FROM PAUL

Paul asked on YouTube what a bikini version of Lyra's living bio-armor might look like.
We couldn't resist a little Halloween experiment.
Here's Lyra's very unofficial beach edition — a playful, non-canonical detour before we return to the much more dangerous business of Nocturna.
Thanks for the idea, Paul.
Thank you for watching, sharing your theories and helping these worlds grow.
A special thanks to everyone supporting our independent productions through Buy Me a Coffee.
Happy Halloween from the WARP crew.
Until next transmission,
Ian B. Kay, WARP ORIGINAL
